Hi Chris,

For me, ANY amount of milk powder is too much. I made a casserole the other night using Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread stuffing instead of regular bread crumbs. On the package of the bread stuffing, milk powder was half-way down on the ingredient list (which was lengthy), so I assumed I could get away with it.

WRONG! The cramps began shortly after consuming just a small portion of the casserole. I hadn't had anything else to eat that could have caused the cramps -- I knew what I had done. Hubby had the rest of the casserole all to himself!

It's just not worth it; if milk is anywhere in the ingredient list, I'll pass. Otherwise, it's just a waste of money and an invitation to cramps and diarrhea!
