My doc prescribed a hydrocortisone suppository to use. It's pretty easy and it dissolves once it hits your body temperature. That seems to help clear them up. I have most of my problems if I have one day of constipation. It's so annoying. And I have also been using those wipes after every BM and they are helpful to keep that area clean.
