OK I really need to get more of the insoluble fiber in my diet. I don't eat very much(insoluble fiber) except for a salad once in a while. Now I want to pass on the salad...causes to much stomach upset. So I was wondering if I had two peices of toast in the morning one white and one wheat, maybe with a banana or a soluble cereal. Does that sounds safe... what do you guys think?
How do you get your insoluble fiber? I'm starting to worry about my nutriton. I don't eat a lot of veggies or much fruit (out of fear of an attack, I love fruit and veggies!)I need some help..any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Can we eat carrots raw?? I'm thinking that's a no-no..am I right? I need ideal ladies!!! Thanks so much for your help!
