Hi Ang,

I'm with Kree on the Tofurella. It's gross.

The Veggie Shreds are incredible, especially the mozzarella. I use it when I make pizza. Excellent stuff. I also use the cheddar when I'm making Kree's baked mac & cheese. Yum.

Pass on the Veggie Slices. Yuk. I'll use the American only when I make a turkey burger to melt a slice on top -- but then I cover it with ketchup, lettuce, lite mayo, WELL-grilled chopped onions, and pickles. (Yeah, I can eat pickles.)

Are you a vegetarian? Do you not eat turkey? Prepared turkey burgers (Jenny-O Turkey Store, frozen) are excellent. If you don't eat poultry, then have you tried a Boca Burger? They're very good (but not as good as turkey burgers). Have you tried tofu sausage? It's not bad in a casserole or in my lentil soup with sausage recipe.

All this stuff I buy at Safeway. The only thing I can't get there is soy parmesan; I have to drive down to the health food store for that.
