Hello everyone, I have been having a lot of trouble finding things to eat here at school and i was aondering if i should see a nutritionist. My diet consists of poptarts, bagels, blueberry muffins, and plain pasta, and occasionaly i can make myself eat a protein bar. I know, I am getting no veggies, or fruit, and probably little protein. But we have so much mexican food and burgers here at school. On top of that, I am running 7-12 miles a day, and I feel like i am not giving my body the right amount of fuel. Its just that my body cannot tolerate anything insoluble at all. I try eating it with solubles, but it doesnt help. Do you think it would be beneficial to see a nutritionist, or would they no little about Ibs and the right foods to eat. I was also wondering if anyone with IBS is on the pill. Wouldnt that make IBS far worse?? Thanks for any advice.
