They make the absolute best shredded cheddar and mozzerella cheeses. Unfortunately, I heard they were going to stop making it, so if that's true you may not be able to find it for much longer. In that case I'll be in the same boat as you, looking for a new one again! My only other comment would to avoid Tofurella.
