I am still suffering an attack from peanut butter I had two days ago. I was stable until I tried a low fat cracker with a small amount of peanut butter, which led me to having 5 more crackers with a small amount of peanut butter. It is funny how I forgot how it "use to be" until I tried peanut butter again. So sorry I did. Now I have been thinking of applying for a full time job and am scared that I will battle with IBS just from the stress of job and 3 kids. I have been doing pretty well with a part time job. Any advice?
