And believe me, it would take a lot more illness than this (typhoid maybe) to turn me off to ANY recipe that includes chocolate! The part that threw me was the part in the recipe that stated cook for a certain length of time OR 'till just set in the middle." When I touched it it felt 'set' and seemed cooked. It wasn't until later after they'd cooled and were cut into I realized my mistake. My symptoms may or may not be related to salmonella-could just be a stomach virus going around.
