Total Fat For the Day?

Okay, so I had waffles for breakfast, using half reduced-fat Bisquick and half regular. I put Soy Garden "butter" on them. A little syrup. How much fat? I have no idea.

A couple hours later, a little ADB. Only a small one. How much fat? I have no idea.

For lunch I had some home made chicken rice soup with peas (after a potato roll, of course). How much fat? I have no idea.

Do I dare have a half scoop of Soy Dream frozen dessert? How about one of Kree's incredible gingerbread muffins? I have no idea.

Does all this fat add up at the end of the day? So, in other words, had I had fat-free cereal (yeah right) for breakfast instead of the waffles, then my total fat consumption for the day is a lot less, right?

Are you still with me?

So then at the end of the day I can have a WHOLE scoop of Soy Dream instead of a half -- right?

My calculator isn't helping me here . ARGH!!!
