I started out taking only one a day -- at midnight every night -- and I'm about to start "upping" the dosage to two. I can't help you with other brands, I don't know anything about them. Also, I am a "D," so I can't help you with the "C." Neither can I help you with the Crohn's. I'm just not much help, damnit! Maybe someone else will step in and shut me up.
