What's DDD?

I think I've tried them all but decided on the best for me, because of the HIGH potency was Ultra Flora Plus DF (dairy free) by Metagenics. 1 cap has 7.5 billion live organisms of Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM strain---what ever that means) and 7.5 billion live organisms of Bifidobacterium lactis. I don't know where you'd get them near you but if you want to pay the bucks (they aren't cheap), and make the drive I can tell you where to get them in Palm Springs. They need to stay refrigerated but some can be at room temp. for taking on a trip for up to a week.

As to digestive enzymes. I take one with EVERY meal, plus a Beano tab or 2 or 3 (depending on how much I eat) with every meal as well. No gas problems ever....doing this. Before this routine, OMG.......I couldn't stand myself.
BE CAREFUL with the digestive enzymes and don't get on with HCL if you have reflux. I take either Essential Enzymes by Source Naturals or Gastri-Gest by Priority One.

Hope these suggestions help...........You may talk to your health food store about brands....
