Kree, I take mine on an empty stomach. I get up all night long, every two hours like clockwork to pee -- so I keep my Jarro by my water bottle and swallow it down at midnight -- my tummy is nice and empty then! The box states, "Take 1-2 capsules per day, preferably on an empty stomach, though it may also be taken with food, or as directed by your qualified health consultant."
