I blame the granola bar. The percentage of fat in diffrent brands varies considerably, but generally they average around 35%, well over the 25% limit. While General Mills has come out with Oatmeal Crisp Fruit-n-Cereal Bars with only 2g. of fat and 150 calories (that's only 12% fat, folks, according to my handy dandy little calculator), the first ingredient in them is whole grain oats, then whole wheat.
For me, it's back to making my own incredible gingerbread muffins (thank you, Kree!), freezing them, then grabbing one in the morning on my way out the door.
