Hi - There seems to some difficulty in dissolving it in acidic liquids like cranberry juice. The best bet for adding it to liquids other than water or herbal tea is probably to just dissolve it in a few spoonfuls of water first, then add that liquid to your juice, soup, etc. You could just try adding a bit to a small amount of soup, soy milk, etc. and see what happens. My guess is that it will typically dissolve just fine.
For moist foods, try pastas, puddings, hot cereals, casseroles, etc. You could basically experiment with anything - worst that will happen is you'll have to stir it in a bit more to get it to dissolve.
