Although there are exceptions, for the most part I find them unbareably arrogant. They're always right. They don't care to spend enough time to talk to you to find out what's going on. My Dad did PR for a group of doctors that you paid a subscription fee to be able to attend... they charged extra so they could keep their practice really small, actually talk to the patients, and have some stupid bed side manners.
