Which one works the best for you, with the fewest side effects like gas and bloating, is going to be somewhat up to the individual. Konsyl is psyllium, and that's probably the most like to cause bloating and gas. But, not for everyone (I actually do just fine with it). Acacia is known to have a very high gastrointestinal tolerance, which means it's one of the least likely soluble fibers to cause bloating and gas. And, as you use it, it has a prebiotic effect, meaning that it helps encourage the growth of good flora in your gut. This will actively help reduce bloating and gas. There's info here web page
You may have to try different supplements, play with the dose, and even mix and match (powders at home, pills when you're out of the house), etc.
