Hi - try an herbal chai, any of the fruit herbal teas (ginger peach, berry etc.), or brew bulk loose herbs into tea - anise, caraway, cinnamon, cloves, etc.
Virtually all herbs and spices are digestive aids, so you can't really go wrong. Just make sure there is no caffeine.
Peppermint will be the most beneficial in terms of stopping IBS pain, spasms, cramps, so go to that when you need help. But for just a nice cup of tea in the morning that will not be bad news for your gut, any herbal tea you like will do.
