Okay, you like french fries, eh? Well, here's a fix for ya: take an Idaho, cut it up into french fries, spread the fries onto a large non-stick baking sheet with a little bit of olive oil, toss in the oven at 425-450 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until browned, turning them after the first 10 minutes. There ya go -- you have yourself some of your "chips" -- they're terrific, but without all that grease (ew).
