soluble fiber while in an attack?       08/17/13 06:50 PM Edit Reply Quote kturg Reged: 08/17/13 Posts: 1 I am newly diagnosed and still gathering info & just started citrucel 1 tsp in morning for the past 10 days which was going very well until this morning. Woke to cramping, urgency etc. I ended up taking immodium since I needed to come to work. My question is do I still take citrucel when in an attack? Or skip today?
