Hi, I am basically trying to start with food from scratch with really safe foods first (rice, potato, chicken, turkey, banana) and then each week I am adding in a new food. I was thinking of comparing the lists of safe and trigger foods between Heather's diet and the low FODMAP diet and first start adding in foods that are safe on both. After this, I would start adding in ones that are safe on only one list and see how it goes. Sort of a combination elimination diet to determine which foods cause me trouble. Before I spend all the time to try and compare all of the lists, has anyone already done this??? If not, I can't seem to find a comprehensive list of low/high FODMAP foods. I have found a few, but some seem to contradict each other... Any help would be greatly appreciated:).
