Wholegrain Rolled Oats (30.5%), glucose Syrup (rice), Crispy Oat Bran [Oat Bran, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamin, Nicotinamide), Sugar, Maize Flour, Salt (Anticaking Agent 535), Treacle], Invert Sugar Syrup, Cocoa Mass (6%), Malt Syrup (Barley), Humectant (Glycerol), Soy Cripsps (Barley), Vegetable Oil, Minerals [Calcium Carbonate (Calcium) & Ferric Pyrophosphate (Iron)], Honey, Emulsifier (322), Cocoa Powder (0.3%). Salt, Vitamins [Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Riboflavin (B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), Folic Acid (B9), Tocopherol (E, Contains Soy)].
The oat bran may cause a problem due to high insoluble fiber. The bar has 4.7 grams of insoluble fiber per 100 grams. And honey which contains more fructose than glucose maybe be a problem too.
What is the insoluble fiber content o f the Carmens bar?
