Corn (72%)(cornflour), sugar, honey (3.5%), salt, molasses, barley malt extract, mineral salt (sodium bicarbonate), vitamins (niacin, riboflavin, thiamin, folate).

Some people have problems with honey due to it excess fructose (i.e. honey contains more glucose than fructose). You can read more about the problems with fructose in the first link in my signature.

Coco Pops and Fruit loops look okay but not knowning the labeling regulations in Australia I don't know if the wheat flour in Coco Pops is whole wheat. If yes then Coco Pops can be a problem.
