Here is the complete FDA article Arsenic in Rice

Only higher levels of arsenic are likely to cause GI problems. The concerns are about low levels - micrograms or millionths of a gram per 100-200 gram serving - in rice products from foreign countries. Arsenic in rice products is not likely a concern for causing GI issues. It might be a concern for long term health issues especially for children. Hopefully, the FDA will set a standard soon and this issue will be set to rest
