My diet is much more restrictive and simply FODMAPs. I eat very low insoluble fiber, no dairy or dairy substitutes, few veggies and fruits. Had I known about dietary approaches to managing IBS 20-30 years ago I am sure I won't be eating so restricted today.

I can handle a fair amount of fructans found in wheat and rye.
