Are these or are they not low fodmap: artichokes, avocados, pumpkin, butternut squash, maple syrup, turnips, coconut oil, almond yogurt, almonds and nuts and nut butters (peanut butter), soy in products, molasses? And especially dandelion tea...as I drink this a lot! I read differing things on different websites. Even syl's links say different things. Is there on guide that you low fodmap people follow?
