Whole Grain Corn       10/29/12 06:18 AM Edit Reply Quote Sunshine81 Reged: 10/29/12 Posts: 1 It is my understanding that with IBS we need to stay away from whole wheat and whole grain products. My question: What about whole grain corn or whole grain rice, are those ok to eat? I have noticed like the Chex cereals are gluten free but they are using whole grain corn and rice.
