Re: Probiotics for IBS-C       06/20/12 01:58 PM Edit Reply Quote Dizzy Reged: 03/04/07 Posts: 206 Loc: university place washington hi i am ibs c and have been taking align for a year, i am not stable by any stretch of the imagination, however, once i started taking align i went from bm's once a week to bms every or every other day, they are still c style (hard and uncomfortable) but that is because of my poor diet, without align i would be much worse off, sometimes i would go nearly two weeks without a movement, now the longest i go without something happening is 36 hours, a huge change -------------------- ibc a but c predominent doing hypnotherapy and taking it one day at a time Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
