Hi - While all of our products are classified as GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the US FDA, which means they do not have restrictions on their use in foods, beverages, or supplements for adults and children, we do ask that people check with their own doctors.
While I don't know of any restrictions that would apply to our products for use in pregnancy, I'd also have to refer you to your medical provider for the final determination about whether or not you should use them. I would not want to override your doctor's recommendations. I'm so sorry I can't give you a simpler answer here, I just want to be sure that you've gotten approval for this from your own doc.
If he/she okays a soluble fiber supplement, then you should be just fine.
Best, Heather
