Not rocket science, really. Good info for everyone to learn. But I have to admit to being real lazy and JUST knowing how much total fat I can have at any one time so not to set myself up for an attack. (I'm not that fond of grocery stores to spend my entire day in them calculating fat calories in each food I buy.)
I'm lazy and count total fat not fat calories. I know that for me, I HAVE to keep a meal's fat total to no more than around 6 grams. At 10 it's pushing it. A snack..1-3. Works for me so that's what I use.
In the case of your egg rolls, one would be enough. The rest would be non-fat foods, like lots of rice.
