I am trying to add smart balence light, in small amounts and see how that goes, i eat it on my bagel every morning (my bagel is fixed cinnomon toast style) and i was also thinking of trying egg whites snuck into rice porridges, i'd love to try fish or shell fish but am not sure, i know that even at my most stable salmon had too much fat and so did tuna, both triggered symptoms, but i used to do prawns and have good luck with them, or white fish (cod, halibut) i also used to eat peanut butter, and almond butter, i have some better then peanut butter here in the house so maybe i'll try that, i do agree that if my body was getting some of the things it needed than my mood and anxiety levals would be helped, as far as vitemens, even at my most stable the safest pre natul or multi vitemens caused cramping and d
