Bev - Check your label more closely. All USA food labels have to give the number of calories and the number of fat calories. You don't even need to look at fat grams, and calculate the calories from that. The label will already say.
So, you're really just taking the total calories divided by fat calories. When I do this in my head (and yeah, I've been doing it for a while ) I round off all the numbers. Your egg rolls numbers of 160 calories and and 54 fat calories I'd automatically round to 150 and 50. So, dividing 150 by 50 in your head is easy, and you get 1/3, or 33%.
That's definitely the max you'd ever want for fat, and I'd have some extra soluble fiber with the rolls. No need to toss them out, just have with some steamed rice, or a rice noodle dish, etc.
