Help! What am I doing wrong?? Hi everyone, I have been using Heathers Tummy Care products and diet for a year and a half now. Prior to being pregnant with my son i weighed 190lbs! AFter having him I lost some weight and about a year and a half after having him I got really sick and lost a lot of weight and was then diagnosed with IBS. When really sick I got to my lowest weight ever, 140lbs and although I lost it because I was losing everything I ate, I did look good although felt awful. I am now up to 164lbs and am feeling very fat and uncomfortable. What am I doing wrong? I think I am eating way too many carbs but don't know how not to with the foods we are allowed. This is what my menu consists of every week - white bread, turkey/chicken lunchmeat, pretzels, baked chips, cooked carrots, cooked brocoli, white rice in chicken broth, fishes, chicken, oatmeal cookies, arrowroot cookies, baked potatoes, baked fries. I have yet to find any fruit or veggies that I don't react to - it seems like anything that won't make me gain weight I can't have. I sit at a desk all day for my job and I try every evening to walk 3kms. Please help, starting to feel awful about self and self-esteem again with weight gain. I should aslo mention that I take the peppermint capsules, fennel teas, pepperment tea, probiotic, nexium, bentylol. And even though I think I am following everything as I should I still feel huge and bloated most days and get a lot of gas.
