Check out the recipes in the IBS Recipe board. You'll be amazed at the selection -- and they're REALLY good! My hubby loves everything I've made -- I don't tell him they're "IBS Food," but he asks so I confess. Still, he hasn't found a dish yet that he doesn't like. Of course, there ARE certain hubbies of some of us IBS-ers -- whose names I'll leave out here, but if a certain Krazee Gal reads this, she'll know of whom I refer  Ah-Hum -- but try one of our easy soups to start out -- really, you'll be amazed at how good they are (of course, I'm prejudiced to my Lentil Soup with Sausage, but there are a lot of other good ones too)
I don't eat much frozen stuff -- unless it's home made that's been frozen by me -- so I can't help you much here. You said you don't like soy, so I won't recommend the FANTASTIC Amy's Frozen Soy Cheese Pizza (okay, guys, bear with me here -- this gal is new and hasn't heard it yet!  )
