I really want to try to get an answer to my question since I believe the answer would help solve a lot of my husband's IBS problems. He has the kind of attacks that the author writes about (where as mine are more stress and lack-of-sleep induced). But for some reason, he found that when he drank one bottle of Ensure a day, the attacks lessened. Anyone have any idea as to what could possibly be in Ensure that would help relieve my husband's diahrea attacks?
