Hi I have a question: I have tried replacing honey for sugar in the sweet zucchini and sunshine bread, as I do not eat sugar. I took about a quarter of honey for the suggested sugar amount. It taste great, the only problem is htat is comes out rather more moist than it probably should. Should I add flour to compensate for the missing weight in sugar? I would greatly appreciate any insights. THanks!
