I think everyone has different symptoms. One thing I can tell you- being EXTREMELY C predominant- with the occassional blessing of D- is that the worst part is you can have all the same symptoms of D, bloat,cramps, etc, but if you are very C, they don't move, and it can be horrifying. What I mean is that you can have what feels like a charley horse contraction in your bowels, and it will literally sit there for hours or days. It makes you want to rip your skin off and climb the walls. In my experience, that is where D is so much better. The symptoms are horrible, but they move more quickly- you aren't stuck. That may not happen to you though since you are D predominant, your C may not be so bad. Just wait and "c".
