I have been following Heather's diet for aprox 8 months and have had great success. It has been life changing. For the last 10 years I kept pleading with every doctor that I saw: "please, just give me a list of what I can eat." heather did this. I have followed it to the letter. However recently I have heard things about virgin coconut oil being the cure for IBS and ther are books and articles supporting this. However, coconut is one of the top "trigger" foods and I have not ate it since I got the "edible" list. Does anyone know if it in fact does add to the benefits of the eating for IBS diet?
