Heather or other EFI veterans, I was wondering if you could please clarify insoluable fiber.

It was my understanding based upon reading this website and from buying and reading both of Heather's Books that
1) Insoluable Fiber (IF) was to be eaten, but done so with caution.
-Specifically this meant that eat IF AFTER having SF and that IF must be eaten at least to 1:1 ration with SF.

2) That some foods, even if consumed with equal SF, were forbidden.
-Foods such as raw veggies, whole grain bread, brown rice, and products directly made from whole grains that were high in IF (3, 5 or more grams of dietary fiber).

Now however I am completely lost and confused.
For instance, I never in my dreams would have thought stuff such as mustard/horseradish/or brown rice protein powder (all of which has less than 1 gram of fiber) where high IF foods to avoid.

So, do you have any cheat-cheat clarifications on how to tell if a food is safe to eat or not in terms of it's IF content?

Is there a certain amount of fiber on the label per serving that if it's greater than, the food is considered high IF?
I would have thought foods with 2 or less grams of fiber were not high IF foods.
Likewise, I thought if a food did not list the IF content, just the fiber, it was safe.

I am completely confused and my head is spinning, I do not know what to eat since I was told my EFI diet wasn't "good" enough because I choose to have Brown Rice Protein Powder as a protein supplement and mustard on my SANDWICH
