Eden wheat rice pasta       01/31/11 07:10 AM Edit Reply Quote Allisonmary Reged: 01/03/04 Posts: 533 Would this be a better option for fructose malabsorption as compared to plain pasta? It says 80% spring wheat and 20% rice. It does not say brown or white rice, so I assumed white. But It has a lot of protein 8 grams and 3 grams of fiber per serving.
