Well, yesterday, I had Oscar Mayer's Turkey Bacon, as always; never really gave me problems to my knowledge, for breakfast. For lunch, I had the typical PB&J sandwich, Jif, Welch's, and Wegmans. For dinner, I had a bowl of delicious Kellogg's Corn Pops (I believe Heather recommends Pops.) with some Lactaid 1% Milkfat Low-Fat 100% Lactose Free milk. Now before you say it, I am often able to tolerate milk, especially this milk.
One thing I'd like to note is that...well, I think I already said this before, but I've been drinking Minute Maid's fruit punch for about 10 years. I've been told that it's bad because contains High Fructose Corn Syrup. If my intestines had a thing with HFCS, I think I would've found that out by now. Thanks for helping out, BTW.
