Everything listed on the trigger list is a known GI trigger and there are a couple items missing.

Some things on the list effect don't everyone every time they eat them. Many things effect most people most of the time they eat them.

The only way to know for sure which things are big triggers for you is to remove all possible triggers from your diet for at least a month. Once you are feeling better you can slowly start adding things back to identify those things maybe less problematic for you.

Do you live with your grandparents? Do you have to prepare your own meals or do you have a parent or grandparent that cooks meals for you?
