I have IBS, intolerance and possible allergies to wheat, gluten, milk and eggs. I am deficient in vitamin D, calcium, Vit B6, 12, and folic acid. I have tried many vitamin supplements all free of offending ingredients, including tablets, capsules, liquids, sublinguals, and ALL cause stomach or intestinal cramping, pain, IBS symptoms in general. I have been using transdermal compounded natural Vit D, calcium and B complex which I do tolerate and these did help improve deficiencies, BUT they are VERY expensive. Any ideas for other options? Wondering about injections, but wonder where I could find resource. My doctors did not know. I have just started taking Acacia and trying tummy teas, and I already eat according to the recommended diet for IBS.
