Hello!

I just started using the following products: the Tummy Tea, the Tummy Fiber and the Peppermint Capsules and I really like everything. I feel so much better! I'm also following the IBS diet guidelines and after just a couple of weeks, the new diet has already made a world of difference.

Last week, in addition to all of these new diet changes, I also found out I that am pregnant! I'm thrilled but want to be able to continue to manage my IBS - I feel better than I have in years.

I've done some research and can't find a straight answer on the Peppermint capsules. Not sure what's safe and what's not.... it seems like the fiber and fennel are both fine, but the verdict is out on the peppermint. I'm only 1 month pregnant and am not sure what to do.
