I've been concerned for a while that day-to-day attacks were related. For instance, I had two little attacks last night and today I woke up with minor pain that easily subsided. But the thing is, if I have another attack tonight, I don't want to blame it on the food! (BTW, I ate yogurt last night, which I believed I was able to tolerate, so I think it was just stress.) So today, should I just go with the usual, Oscar Mayer bacon, Eggo Waffles, and Ms. Butterwoth's Syrup (quite tasty :P)? Or should I have some food with soluble fiber like Quaker's Apple + Cinnamon Oatmeal (I know guys gave me recipe ideas before, but I don't really want to make them yet. :')? Thanks for helping me to decide!
