Hello everyone! I am 25 years old, diagnosed with IBS, Hypothyroid, Soy Allergy, and Celiac at 21. It's been a long road, but God has a purpose and I am now in school for nutrition. I can't wait to post recipes I have made up that keep me stable and happy I am currently working my way up with Acacia, slowly!!! lol I take Armour thyroid, B vitamin, Travacor, Magnesium (sooo helpful), vit c, Houston Enzymes, and HCl. I adhere to FODMAP and EFI... Very strict and diligent, but if it keeps my tummy happy, then oh well.. variety went out the door along time ago, lol. I hope i can help with my posts and recipes and i look forward to the advice and knowledge ya'll can give me! I am going to go the recipe board and post my simple rice crackers for everyone Happy New Year everyone!
