I had a very bad attack this past week and the only possible explanantion is the fructose/too much wheat issue. I just feel like my whole GI tract is inflamed. It is not so much painful as it is extremely uncomfortable. I feel like I have stagnant air and liquid that is not moving through my GI tract. Its not so much gas (has no smell at all) just air that I feel from my chest to large intestine. When I tried to run, I felt like my abdomen was very watery and it was making sloshing sounds like I was carrying a water bottle. Little by little the air is moving through if I try and force a bowel mvmt..but I still feel some pockets or air I was thinking maybe this was an inflammatory response. It interesting becasue it starting off as feeling like I needed to belch and then slowly the excess air moved down and now its in my large intestine. Have you had similar experiences? Its not pleasant:(
