The table of sugars, FOS, etc in that article look like they contain lots of good information. Thank you for bring it to our attention.

Sweet potatoes contain less than 0.3 grams of mannitol per 100 grams which is a tiny amount in a serving. It probably won't have much of an effect. However, mushrooms and cauliflower have 10 times as much as sweet potatoes
