Thanks, So does a piece of bread generally have a higher soluble/insoluble ratio as compared to white rice? I still find myself having trouble with any more than a little bit of white rice, and it is not all that settling to my stomach like bread. I feel like it increases the amount of air in my GI tract.
Do you know if anything happen to the soluble fiber content of rice if you eat it cool as compared to warm?
