egg whites       11/30/10 04:35 AM Edit Reply Quote Allisonmary Reged: 01/03/04 Posts: 533 I know that egg whites are supposed to be safe baking for IBS, does anyone just eat the store bought all white cartons and just eat them scrambled. Is it common to be sensitive to the egg whites? A long time ago I got sick from them and I have avoided them ever since but Id like to try again.
