Well I used to have a lot of whole grains but then I read that it could be more helpful to eat sourdough or french bread so I stopped eating the wheat. I also try not to have a lot of gluten. So I have the Barbaras gluten free rice cereal, I have soup, fruits like plums and apples, tortilla chips, egg whites, a lot of water, turkey burgers, pasta sometimes, tuna, and I take a calcium/magnesium supplement. Im not sure what is causing the bloating, but it is getting worse and I usually am constipated but now it's constipation or diarrhea . Thanks for getting back so quickly!
